I also purchased this product in late August and really feel that it helped. However, after only using once per week since purchase, the “tube” will no longer release the product. I contacted customer service and this was the reply:

“…VouPre does not own or operate any retail locations for VouPre, including but not limited to the location referenced. All retail locations are owned and managed by third-party independent resellers.

For additional information,new kindly request that you contact the retail location where your purchase took place.”

I purchased this product in late august and began using it. Over the last 2 weeks when I went to do my treatment, it was increasingly difficult to get the product out of the dispenser. Last night it was completely dried out. I contacted voupre and they told me they are not responsible, to contact the retailer. For such an expensive product this is terrible customer service.
