Description
Directions: Start with dry clean skin. Remove each eye mask from its foil packaging and apply the masks under each eye. Smooth the mask with your fingertips until they lay flat on your skin. Place face mask over the eye masks and allow 15-20 minutes to set before rinsing with cool water.
